Return & Refund Policy 1. Return Window

Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be in “as-new” condition: unused, undamaged, and free from scratches or defects.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

3. Return Process
  1. Contact us at support@locuscomp.in or via our contact form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  2. After your RMA is approved, securely package the item and write the RMA prominently on the outside of the box.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

5. Inspection & Refunds
  • Upon receipt, items will undergo an inspection.

  • If they meet the eligibility criteria, a full refund (excluding return postage) will be issued within 7 business days, using the original payment method.

  • If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing components, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We'll arrange for a replacement, covering all return shipping costs.

7. Warranty Coverage
  • Products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated).

  • Warranty claims (manufacturing defects only, not wear-and-tear) must be submitted to support@locuscomp.in along with proof of purchase.

    • the customer covers shipping costs.

8. Exceptions
  • Digital products, software, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., ear pads, mouthguards) may be non-returnable unless unopened or sealed.
